Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry - A partnership with the Northern Arizona Food Bank

Join The Freedom From Hunger Campaign
Courtesy of Rick Wilson, Executive Director of FHFH

Your signature is all you need to help feed thousands of hungry people in your community---and it won't cost you a penny!

Personally, I can't think of a better way to honor our freedom as Americans than by inviting you to join our Freedom from Hunger Campaign.

Simply click here to read and sign our Declaration of Support encouraging Wildlife Department and elected officials in your state to give hunters the opportunity to donate a dollar or more to Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry (FHFH) when purchasing their state hunting license.

This initiative has already been successful in Kansas and Maryland where hunters have donated thousands of dollars to the FHFH Chapters in those states, helping feed tens of thousands of nutritious, protein-rich meals to the less fortunate in their communities.

We will forward your signed Declaration of Support to state Wildlife Departments and elected officials nationwide urging them to give their hunters the same FHFH donation option now enjoyed by hunters in Kansas and Maryland.

Once you've read and signed the Declaration yourself, please help us share the same opportunity with at least three other people by forwarding this message to them. For this campaign to be really successful, I'm guessing we'll need many thousands of signed Declarations!

For the past decade FHFH has been helping hunters and farmers feed the hungry of their communities through the donation of deer and livestock. Over 1,700 TONS---enough for 13.6 million meals---has been donated so far.

But financial support is needed to pay inspected, approved butchers to cut, package and freeze the donated meat which is then used by food banks and local ministries to feed the hungry.

We've found that one of the easiest and least expensive way to do this is by getting states to give hunters this opportunity to donate a dollar or more to FHFH when purchasing their state hunting licenses.

It is absolutely crucial that we give hunters
in every state the chance to contribute to the cause.

But it takes a lot of time and manpower to successfully encourage states to take this simple step. That's where you and this Freedom from Hunger Campaign come in!

Sharing this opportunity with friends, family and co-workers is so easy---so I ask you to forward this website address to at least three to five other people if you can. This is perhaps the most important thing you can do!

I'm guessing that many of them will want to sign the Declaration of Support, and will also decide forward this email to five of their friends and relatives, and so on, and so on.

Hopefully this will generate the many thousands of Declarations that are needed to get the job done.

Let's work to add thousands of people to the list so we can raise thousands of dollars to feed thousands of people!

Thanks and May God Bless You,

Rick Wilson
Executive Director of FHFH
